Coach Peter is a member of the USA triathlon Level 3 coach with over 20 years of run coaching experience working with individual of all levels of experience, from beginners through elite racers. He is also a member of the USA triathlon coaching education team.


11 Week group (Strength & Endurance) run program
  • Starts 11/1/25.
  • 2 coached sessions per week + solo workouts.
  • Price $330

Coached weekly group training sessions in Prospect Park that build community, accountability, and learning. A comprehensive weekly schedule of solo & group workouts to improve your run performance.

Group trainings sessions:

  • Wednesday @ 7pm. 15 St. & Prospect Park West (Prospect Park)
  • Saturday @ 8am. 15 St. & Prospect Park West (Prospect Park)

11 Week Group (FTP Builder) indoor cycling program
  • Starts 11/2/25
  • 3 coached sessions per week + solo workouts
  • Price $391

Need some camaraderie and support during the colder months and trainer sessions? Want to build a strong bike leg for next years triathlon season.

Group trainings sessions:

  • Tues 6:30 am – (Zwift & Zoom)
  • Thurs 7:00 pm – (Zwift & Zoom)
  • Sun 8:00 am – (Zwift & Zoom)

Popular indoor (Zwift & Zoom based) program. Perfect for cyclists and triathletes of all levels. Build FTP & endurance before commencing race-specific training in the new year.

A comprehensive cycling program focused on working your key cycling limiters.



10 Week – Group swim (Technique & Endurance) program
  • Starts 11/3/25.
  • 1 coached session per week + solo workouts.
  • Price $360

  • Monday 6:30 am – 25 Greenwich street, New York, NY

Triathletes! Spend the off season working on your swim. It is a great time to swim when you might be biking and running a little less. Come into next season with a solid platform of swimming and technique improvement. Lock in improvements before your overall training volume increases in the new year.

Join us for a comprehensive swim program focused on technique development and endurance. Improve your race performances. Feel stronger in the swim.
