Startline Coaching offers group training programs, club coaching, sport specific clinics, training camps, and individualized training programs for endurance athletes from beginner to elite in the NY metro area.
Group training programs: 2-5 month training progressions for intermediate, advanced, and competitive athletes. Athletes are streamed based upon current fitness and athletic progression. Focus is on skills mastery, functional strength, race strategy and pacing, and aerobic development.
Individualized training programs: Individualized training progression and regular coach consultation aimed at achieving a specific goal event or performance. Packages offered: 1) Custom, and 2) Competitive
Club Coaching: Build club skills, grow membership, and develop race fitness. Season long progressions, clinics, and coached sessions for club athletes.
Training Camps: Cycling, Swimming & Multisport camps varying in duration from a weekend to a full week. Camps are held in the NY metro area, Hudson Valley, Florida, and exotic locations such as the south of Spain.
Sport specific clinics: 1-2 hour clinics that develop understanding of nutrition, hydration, form, bike handling skills, race specific preparation, and more. Clinics are held throughout the training season and can be crafted to you or your team’s specific needs.
