This popular 11-Wk run development program is perfect for runners of all levels looking to build a robust running foundation during the fall before commencing a build to major marathon events in the spring.
The program is also perfect for triathletes who feel that the run discipline is a limiter and would like to use the fall to work on the run.
The program focuses on running form, strength, speed, and endurance. Athletes will learn to pace and measure progress with specific field testing. The program culminates with participants racing in one or two local run events 10k to 10M.
The fall is a beautiful time to be outside and to work on limiters and skills! Improve your running technique, endurance, and speed. Head into 2026 with a firm running foundation and readiness to train for future events.
Athletes typically compete in one of the following local events at the conclusion of the program:
- NYRR Joe Kleinerman 10K – Jan 10, 2026
- SRC Run to the Blue Point Brewery 10M – Jan 17, 2026
Group workouts (2 per week) plus additional solo run, strength and cross training workouts. Athletes will be professionally coached through a specific progression of drills, strength exercises, individual testing, and run workouts.
