Join Startline Coaching for a weekly form correction and endurance program. 

The popular program provides a coached progression of technique refinement coupled with a focus on building a sustainable race effort. Swimmers will be trained in efficient technique, pacing skills, and developing a strong sustainable race pace. Highly relevant for distance swimmers. Build your swim foundation this winter.

Designed for ALL PACES and experience levels. The program will target your key areas of improvement, introduce skills and drills to improve your stroke, and then put those skills to practice. The class is limited to 16 participants so there is lots of individual attention. We will have 4 lanes of a 25 yard pool dedicated to the class so that there is adequate space for swimmers of all abilities.

1 coached group workout/week + solo workouts to do on your own.  A complete program including strength, mobility, and cross training.
