Master Open Water Swimming: Improve your technique & power

Swimming is the most challenging discipline to improve on as a solo athlete. In person instruction and feedback is essential.

The goal of the program is to develop confident and powerful open water swimmers. The program is a structured progression of skill and endurance sets that will improve triathlon swim leg and race confidence.

  • Improve your mechanics

  • Measure progress and become a more knowledgeable athlete
  • Get individualized feedback and instruction from a professional coach
  • Obtain a detailed underwater video analysis of stroke – Accelerate your learning

Designed for ALL PACES and experience levels. The program will target your key areas of improvement. It will introduce skills and drills to improve your stroke. The class is limited to 16 participants so there is lots of individual attention. Four lanes of a 25 yard pool will be dedicated to the class.

1 coached group workout/week + solo workouts to do on your own.  A full program including strength, mobility, and cross training.
