The program is designed to provide structure & direction through the summer of 2020.
Covid-19 has created significant challenges leaving athletes seeking direction now that all racing through the summer as been cancelled.
The program will gracefully reduce the workload of athletes who are highly trained but in danger of burnout, while providing some challenge to those who have struggled to maintain consistency over the past few months.
The goal is to set all athletes up for a productive off season training program in the fall as well as prevent erosion of their fitness and major set backs in their development as athletes in the new year.
